Barb Schmiege, MS, CADC
Vice President of AdvantageEAP & Substance Abuse Services
Barb possesses a Master of Science degree in Human Service and has been a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor for twenty years. She has been the Vice President of AdvantageEAP Services for the last eleven years. Barb understands the needs of both employees and employers. Barb is certified in providing Critical Incident Stress Management and as a National Certified Recovery Specialist. Her knowledge and expertise allow Barb to provide invaluable employee assistance services.
Michelle Durpetti, MSW, LCSW

Michelle possesses a Master of Social Work degree and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has been working in the Human Service field for the last sixteen years and has been with AdvantageEAP for the past seven years. Michelle’s well-rounded wealth of experience is what makes her so effective in working with AdvantageEAP Services.
