Conflict Resolution - Learn strategies to effectively resolve and manage conflict in the workplace.

Coping with Change - Effective coping with change is an essential tool in surviving and growing both professionally and personally. Learn to recognize and acknowledge our mixed feelings about change and transition.

Dealing with Difficult People - Get skills on dealing with all different personality types of difficult people without losing your cool.

Diversity in the Workplace - This training covers an array of diversity issues that often make the workplace stressful. A healthy productive environment will be promoted through understanding and respecting one another. Unique interactive dialogue is used to promote discussion. This training may be combined with harassment training.

Drug Free Workplace - Offered to supervisors and employees to promote early identification and risk factors associated with alcohol and drug use in the workplace. Assistance with implementing drug free workplace policies may be provided. Separate training may be implemented for supervisors and employees.

Effective Communication - This interactive workshop helps participants identify components of effective communication such as active listening and “I” statements and provides opportunities to practice these skills.

Gemstone Experience - This training promotes improved communication and sensitivity with coworkers by identifying and discussing our differing personalities and communication styles.

Harassment in the Workplace - This seminar is designed to educate and prevent future harassment in the workplace. Employees and supervisors learn what behavior is inappropriate and could be considered harassment. Key measures are discussed to prevent, stop, and report harassment of any kind. Review of policy and reporting procedures are covered.

Supervisory Skills - The role of a supervisor can be quite challenging. This training provides tools for self assessment and promotes professional growth. Seminar may focus on various supervisor competencies such as giving feedback, motivating employees, delegating, to managing conflict in the workplace. Various training modules may be used depending on individual needs.

Team Building - These workshops may be individually tailored to meet your needs. Through various interactive and educational activities better understanding and communication is promoted. Seminars can be from one hour to one day in duration.

Violence in the Workplace - Identifies the signs of violence, alternatives to violence and key measures to maintain personal safety in the event there is a threat of violence.
