Employees and supervisors learn what behavior is inappropriate and could be considered harassment. Key measures are discussed to prevent, stop, and report harassment of any kind. Review of policy and reporting procedures are covered.

Supervisory Skills - The role of a supervisor can be quite challenging. This training provides tools for self assessment and promotes professional growth. Seminar may focus on various supervisor competencies such as giving feedback, motivating employees, delegating, to managing conflict in the workplace. Various training modules may be used depending on individual needs.

Team Building - These workshops may be individually tailored to meet your needs. Through various interactive and educational activities better understanding and communication is promoted. Seminars can be from one hour to one day in duration.

Violence in the Workplace - Identifies the signs of violence, alternatives to violence and key measures to maintain personal safety in the event there is a threat of violence.
