We can assist you in boosting employee productivity, improving morale, and in providing necessary support and guidance to both you and your employees. We provide a wide range of services to meet your organization's needs. Family Service, our parent organization, began providing Employee Assistance services in 1987. By 1990, the agency was contracted to provide EAP services for an increasing number of local and national McHenry County businesses. Over the next several years as we watched EAP services evolve, we saw the need to branch out and expand our programming. Therefore, in 2002, we developed our own identity as AdvantageEAP, “supporting business, promoting healthy employees”. We firmly believe in what we do and are proud to say that we continue to grow throughout McHenry County. AdvantageEAP or 'employee assistance program' is an employer-sponsored service that provides confidential counseling and consutation to employers, employees and their family members. AdvantageEAP enhances a healthy work attitude by providing employers and their employees the opportunity to manage life’s problems before they become serious and impair work performance. AdvantageEAP provides employees the opportunity to seek treatment for specific problems such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and marital/family problems. Questions?
